LUPO TKD’s leadership consists of School Owners, Instructors and Professional Marketers. Through our combined resources, we help to improve general awareness, student registration and engagement of our students. Our strength is our experience in developing win-win opportunities.
While Tae Kwon Do is already among the world's most popular participatory martial arts, it is relatively anonymous as a spectator sport in the USA. Despite its accessibility as a year-round activity that requires little equipment, Tae Kwon Do has not been adopted as a mainstream spectator sport in the US. For example, Tae Kwon Do is among the Olympic sports not currently televised in the USA. We believe that is because we lack "one voice" that demonstrates our size and value to sponsors and advertisers. No offense to curling, but we've got to believe that are more people in this country affiliated with and interested in Tae Kwon Do, if we can only connect the large and attractive demographic (families with kids) to the sport.
